Our Get It Spring Fling reader event was, naturally, hugely successful! More than 100 glam guests arrived at the gorgeous venue, Talloula in Botha’s Hill, for an inspiring morning … all pop-up stands, bubbly and light snacks alongside the soulful sounds from local songbird Carmen Rodrigues. Fantastic lucky draw prizes were dished out by our delightful MC Kim Griffith Jones, while there were fun and inspiration demos and talks by Kloof Florist’s Kim Ratcliffe, life, business and relationship coach Pam Dickinson, and the founder of Khwezi Solutions and Hearts in Hands NPO Tracy Klokie. The event was rounded off with laughter therapy from two of South Africa’s funniest people – Aaron McIlroy and Lisa Bobbert. The generous support towards this fabulous event saw us raising more than R13000 in support of Hearts in Hands NPO #BuildingHope campaign, to refurb and uplift Isibukosezwe Creche in Embo.
