What a thrilling day it was at Queensburgh BMX Club on Sunday, May 7 for the KZN Series Race 6! Even with the looming threat of rain, the event was a massive success. The track sponsors were out in full force, and Talisman Hire’s massive blow-up banners dominated the track.
“We were also honoured to have four Monster Jam drivers in attendance, who took time out of their busy schedules to support our KZN BMX riders”, said Stephanie Berry, PRO for the Queensburgh BMX Club. “They even joined in a social race and hosted the prize-giving ceremony, handing out medals to our incredible riders” continued Berry. A special thank you to Blake Granger, Myranda Cozad, Brandon Arthur & Chelsea van Cleave from Monster Jam for giving up their time and making our day special.
We’d like to express a heartfelt thank you to all of our brave and enthusiastic riders who put so much effort into competing. Special appreciation also goes out to all those behind the scenes, who worked hard day and night ensuring that this event ran smoothly. Without these dedicated faces, this day would simply have not been possible.
