Glorious sunshine, flowing bubbles and beautiful people. The recent Moving Mountains celebration, in support of Hearts in Hands Food Bank, was certainly not short short of laughter and encouragement for those of us who really needed it. The event was held at MacNut Farm in Assagay – a venue surrounded by nature and tranquillity. In between raffle draws, there were amazing auctions and uplifting talks by local businesswomen and philanthropists Tracy-Ann Klokie, Carol Shroeder and Senta Seele. Guests had the chance to browse a mini market with local vendors and network over light breakfast snacks. All proceeds from the event went towards Hearts in Hands NPO and the final phase of refurb of the Isibukosezwe Creche in Embo.
