3 & 5 October

Nothing beats a thrift sale for a worthy cause. Friends of Ikhethelo Children’s Village are rallying together to raise funds to help pay for the education of a young girl in their care, and are inviting you to show your support by attending or even donating any gently worn items of clothing – jeans, scarves, dresses – to help make these two events even more of a success. You can browse books, clothing, accessories, shoes and more while sipping on a glass of vino, so gather your friends and don’t miss it because it’s going to be so much fun. The first event will be held at 2 Msonti Road, Kloof on Thursday, October 3 from 6pm to 9pm and the second will take place on Saturday, October 5 from 9am-12pm at Westville Country Club. Any donations can be dropped off at the Velvet Coffee Shop or you can contact Lindi on 084 870 4502.
