Millflour Café recently welcomed 2026 with its inaugural High Tea, an elegant event that set the tone for a year of memorable gatherings. Guests were treated to a beautifully balanced menu of savoury and sweet delights, starting with deep-fried mozzarella balls served with tomato and pasta bow, phyllo tarts filled with mushroom, courgette and parmesan, and a refined selection of sandwiches, including cucumber and egg, and salmon with lemon-infused cream cheese. The sweet offerings were equally indulgent, featuring coffee cream choux pastries, mini vanilla rose almond cupcakes, chocolate cake truffles and citrus-infused macarons. Each bite was thoughtfully paired with a choice of coffee or tea, a glass of mimosa, and refreshing sparkling fruit-infused water. With an impressive turnout and a lively, welcoming atmosphere, the event marked a charming start to the year and hinted at many more occasions worth celebrating.
