Despite cold, rainy weather, the Emeris Durban North Night Market drew a strong and spirited turnout recently, with the community coming together in full support of student creativity and entrepreneurship.
Students, staff, families and local residents filled the space as young entrepreneurs showcased a range of offerings, from pre-loved fashion and custom artwork to innovative mobile hygiene tap units designed for outdoor use.
The atmosphere was lifted further by a lively open mic stage, where emerging singers, musicians, dancers, poets and rappers brought energy and talent to the night, turning a winter evening into a celebration of youth, creativity and community spirit.
