Pinotage is no ordinary grape. Born and bred on South African soil, it is the country’s signature cultivar – bold, expressive, and thoroughly unique. Expresso Pinotage takes that legend and adds an unexpected partner … the deep, roasted character of coffee-style winemaking, achieved through heavily toasted French oak ageing rather than any additives. The result is 100 per cent wine, and 100 per cent extraordinary. In the glass – or rather, straight from the can – Expresso Pinotage delivers layers of dark prune, plum, and ripe blueberry, with a prominent finish reminiscent of Mocha Java ground coffee.
