In February next year, the South African National Culinary Team will be going for gold against more than 2000 chefs from 59 countries in the IKA Culinary Olympics, which take place in Stuttgart, Germany.
The squad started their preparations in earnest by preparing a three course meal for 110 special guests at Emperors Palace’s Aurelia’s Restaurant recently.
