Painted faces, candyfloss and loads of smiles seemed to be an all-round theme at the first-ever Wêlakapêla Fees. This children’s festival saw some great characters come to life on stage – think Lollos and Tjiff & Tjaff … There were carnival rides, market stalls, an inflatable play park and even a children’s beauty salon among many other entertainment highlights! A family outing not to be easily forgotten!
