Fashion forward

Two student designers from the Stitching Studio Academy launched their own fabulous designer collections during the long-anticipated opening of Tania Sutherland’s online Boutique & Gift shop. Inspiring women of all ages, Philda Samanga and Maureen Mabilo showed that it’s never too late to realise your dreams and step into the fashion industry. Philda’s African collection and Maureen’s plus-sized clothing were modelled during the opening and received many well-deserved ohs and ahs from the crowd.
