Gesond en lekker Sjokolade, espresso en klapper panna cotta resep

Gesond en lekker… wat meer het mens nodig in ‘n nagereg wat nie die skaal sal breek nie?
Maritsa en Maradine van Seisoen bederf ons met n’ uit-die-box resep vir die nuwe jaar.

Sjokolade, espresso en klapper panna cotta


40g Lindt 70% donkersjokolade, fyn gesny
500ml klapperroom
60 ml xylitol
5ml espresso-poeier
60ml warm water
2.5ml agar-agar

Smeer 4 ramekins (115g-grootte) liggies met klapperolie. In ‘n mediumgrootte pot oor
medium/lae hitte, smelt die donkersjokolade, klapperroom, xylitol en espresso-poeier tot opgelos en glad. Roer nou en dan om te verhoed dat sjokolademengsel brand.
Hou op stoof tot mengsel begin prut. Verwyder van stoof. Meng die agar-agar in die warm
water in ‘n aparte houer tot volledig opgelos. Klop die opgeloste agar-agarmengsel by die sjokolademengsel. Verhoog die hitte tot die mengsel stadig begin kook. Kook vir 3 minute
en roer tot dik. Gooi die mengsel in die voorafgesmeerde ramekins en verkoel tot volledig gestol. Versier met vars bessies, klapper, ens.

Maak 4 panna cottas
