Carolina van Blerk is a Sales Manager based in Upington for Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa.
She believes that having a positive mindset every day is what makes her successful. “Make sure you do your job well and always go the extra mile! Work closely with your team because you are only as strong as your team is.”
According to Carolina, there are many defining moments in her career and the one that stands out for her is that the fact she has been reaching her business targets consistently for the past 30 years in various roles. “There is no greater satisfaction than always being on top of your goals.”
Carolina distinguishes herself from her competitors by always being one step ahead and being innovative at all times.
She says she always strive to be the best version of herself each year. Carolina says she will strive to reach all the goals she has set for herself this year and to go as far as “smashing the record”.
Carolina believes that in order for you to live a balanced live, you need to take time for yourself. “I enjoy nature and going for long walks. This allows me to rewind and be refreshed from the pressures of my work life. I make sure I spend quality time with my loving husband and two sons. Family is very important and takes first priority in my life.”
