The sacrifices and dedication demonstrated by her parents throughout the years have inspired a young and ambitious Natania De Castro to always place her job at the top of her priority list.
Natania is the Admin Executive at their family business, TC Panelbeaters in Bloemfontein, a place where she constantly strives to excel for the growth of the business.
“As they built our family business, they motivated me to become involved and contribute towards its continued growth. I am determined to take it to the next level, aiming to set an example for future generations, just as they did for us,” says Natania.
Natania highlighted that her strong foundation in the family business has awarded her with a wealth of practical experience with an understanding of the panel-beating industry’s dynamics.
“Beyond my role, I advocate for innovation and growth, constantly seeking opportunities to expand our business footprint and influence. I am driven by a passion to leave a lasting impact, both within our company and in shaping the future landscape of our industry.”
For her, maintaining a healthy balanced work-life involves intentional practices that prioritise both professional responsibilities and personal well-being. “Setting clear boundaries between work and personal time is crucial,” Natania expresses.
She enjoys exercising and working out in her downtime. “I also cherish moments at home with my husband and our Dachshund. Prioritising what matters most to me is key, ensuring I make time for these priorities. Additionally, now and then I treat myself to a massage and I strive to maintain a healthy sleep routine that supports me both mentally and physically.”
