Fancy some fine wines in the gorgeous Cape countryside after the Christmas craziness? We definitely do…and we know all the best places!

Pack your bags, pop on your sunnies and get ready for a fab time at these 7 wine farms in the Western Cape:

  1. Babylonstoren:

One of the most raved-about wine escapes – and for good reason – a trip to Babylonstoren is a must in our books. Be warned – this is not a quick in-and-out wine tasting location…this is a spot where you will want to stay the day, or even the night! Join one of the tours, visit the wine museum, eat and enjoy all the goodness of this magical place.

  1. Groot Constantia:

You can feel the rich history ooze out of every corner at Groot Constantia, South Africa’s oldest wine estate. Offering a variety of tastings, including a chocolate and wine pairing that’s simply irresistible, this is an Insta-worthy stop you won’t regret.
