On the last Tuesday of every month, Oxford Liquor Market hosts the Vinatix Wine Club, a sparkly (see what we did there!) affair, where guests get to learn about and indulge in the incredible quality of South African wines. But it’s not just about red, white, rose, still or sparkling wine, there are other locally made beers and spirits to also quaffer. During the last meeting, hosted at Oxford Hillcrest market, we learnt a thing or two about the humble grape and the science behind flavours.
