The crowd roared and camera flashes lit up the sky as the Class of 2025 and their dance partners stepped out in style at this year’s Hillcrest High School Matric Dance. From luxury sports cars to vintage vehicles, a golf cart to a chariot – custom-built for the event by two learners and hauled by their dads – the arrivals did not disappoint, keeping the crowd cheering with excitement. Held in the beautifully transformed CM Girvin Multi-Purpose Centre at the school, the learners enjoyed a delicious harvest table-style dinner and a night filled with dancing.
